Our region’s grain quality (semi-arid region where the best quality wheat of Argentina is obtained) and the application of the latest technology in our processes (cultivation, storage, grain transportation, wheat cleaning and milling) allow us to achieve semolina of the highest quality level worldwide.
Besides the inherent quality of our semolina, Cía. Molinera del Sur has a Quality Assurance System certified under the ISO 22000 – FSSC 22000 standards guaranteeing our product’s quality and innocuousness.
