One of the main competitive advantages of Cía Molinera del Sur is that we originate the seeds we mill.

This covers the grain’s genetic development, its cultivation – either directly or with producers that are linked to and supervised by our agricultural engineers-, and the cereal’s storage.

The wheat cultivation is performed applying good agricultural practices and the latest available technologies (direct seeding, GPS guided equipment, precision agriculture regarding the implementation of agrochemicals) which allow us to achieve optimum quality grains in a competitive and sustainable manner.

This strict control of the whole origination chain allows the traceability of all processed grains, a significant factor in guaranteeing our product’s quality and innocuousness.
